U.S. Small Business Administration Disaster Loan Outreach Center Update:

The St. Joseph County Disaster Loan Outreach Center (DLOC) located in HG Real Estate at 52 N. Main St. Three Rivers, MI 49093 has a last scheduled day of Thursday May 28, although the application deadline is not until June 29.

Applicants may call the SBA Customer Service Center with questions regarding their application at (800) 659-2955 or email: [email protected]. For people who are deaf, hard of hearing, or have a speech disability, please dial 7-1-1 to access telecommunications relay services.

Hours of Operation: Tuesday – Thursday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

The U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) issued a disaster declaration for the March 2026 tornado event that impacted St. Joseph County. The declaration is separate from any other declaration and is specific to St. Joseph County, Branch County, and Cass County, along with eligibility for resources in bordering counties that may have been impacted. SBA resources include a variety of low-interest disaster loans.

There is an in-person Disaster Loan Outreach Center (DLOC) set up at 52 N. Main Street, Three Rivers, in St. Joseph County. Applicants may also call SBA’s Customer Service Center at (800) 659-2955 or visit https://lending.sba.gov/ for more information on SBA disaster assistance.

Annex II (also known as MSU-Extension), Animal Control, and the Training Center are all still experiencing an outage.

4/28/2026 11:30am FINAL UPDATE – Non-emergency County buildings in Centreville are still experiencing a power outage and offices will be closed for the remainder of the day. Regular business is set to resume on Wednesday April 29, providing electricity has been restored. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your patience.

4/28/2026 8:45am UPDATE – Non-emergency County buildings in Centreville are still experiencing a power outage. Offices are now scheduled to open at 12pm, pending restoration. Additional updates will be provided as they become available.
