For those who haven't heard, St. Joseph County lost a great asset with the departure of Rachel Minor, whose last day was Friday. I worked with Rachel in private practice and brought her to the prosecutor's office 4 years ago. Rachel relocated out of state, closer to family.
Best to you, Rachel. You will be missed. You will also be appreciated wherever you land.
