JOIN US TONIGHT!

Join us for our Countdown to the Primary QAC Democratic Club Meeting at the Kent Island Library on June 17th at 7:00PM! The evening will be filled with all things election-related. We’ll focus on messaging, ways to help, and factual updates (always frustrating but insightful) about Congressman Andy Harris (he must go!) and the Trump administration.

And while you are in your calendar, mark down future Dem Club meetings on August 19th, September 16th, and October 21st. We will be laser-focused on everything we can do to help get Democrats elected and Republicans out in the November 2026 election.

Talbot County is the FIRST county in Maryland to reach 100% access to high-speed internet.

Around 2,700 places across the county – homes, businesses, family farms – now have access to the internet.

Thank you to Talbot County, Easton Utilities, Secretary Day, our Office of Statewide Broadband, Council President Chuck Callahan, and Mayor Megan Cook for helping lead on this and delivering connectivity for Marylanders.

Meet Primary Candidates! Next Membership Meeting is May 20th at Kent Island Library, 7 PM

We have more local primary candidates coming to introduce themselves! Additionally, Maryland Congressional 1st District primary candidate Dan Schwartz will be swinging by. Dan visited our Club almost a year ago when his campaign just launched. He is one of four primary candidates seeking the slot to run against Republican U.S. Representative Andy Harris. The other three candidates are Randi White, George Walish, and Victor Allen Guidice.

There is so much going on right now in our country and with the upcoming 2026 elections. We use the monthly membership meetings as a way to talk about the most current events unfolding, take action together where we can, bring candidates to our meeting so you can know more about who is running for office, and offer the opportunity to share conversation with like-minded people.

Our meetings are generally the third Wednesday of every month. Mark it on your calendar. Plan to join us on May 20th!!
