Cherokee County 4-H 4-H is the youth development component of the Alabama Cooperative Extension System.

Here’s where you can purchase tickets for the performances of The Lion King Kids or we still accept cash at the door!!
The performance times are Friday at 6:00pm and Saturday at 2:00pm at the CFUMC Edge Building.

❤️🍀❤️ This years summer camp theme is mythical creatures! Our girls aka Loch Ness Monsters have enjoyed the giant swing and Animal Adventures and our guys aka the Dragons and Griffins have had fun swimming and are excited to try the giant swing next!! Yay 4-H Camp!!!

Join this exciting statewide contests today!!

ALABAMA 4-H BIGGEST CATCH IS HERE! This virtual fishing and art contest is open to any Alabama youth ages 9–18, now through June 15! 🌟🐟🎣🌞

Here’s how it works: Catch a fish in any Alabama freshwater location. Measure it. Snap a photo (read entry requirements carefully). Submit your entry online.

Compete for the Biggest Catch in bass, sunfish (bream), catfish, and crappie categories, or cast your creativity with the Biggest Fish Art competition by creating artwork featuring a native Alabama darter (see website for species details).

Whether you’re chasing a trophy fish or creating a masterpiece, there’s a way for everyone to join the fun. So grab your rod, gather your friends and family, and get ready to make some fishing memories this summer!
