Cherokee County 4-H 4-H is the youth development component of the Alabama Cooperative Extension System.

These awesome chick chain competitors really gave it their all yesterday!

Their showmanship skills were on full display and these kids raised some of the most beautiful hens our judges have ever seen!

CMS 6th grade rocked it with their “joyful junk” and photo contests!

Cedar Bluff enjoyed learning about our awesome creature teacher Kent the box turtle! There are so many misunderstood native reptiles and Kent seems happy to be an ambassador for his kind! 

In addition to our educational program students got info on their next contests “Blocks Rocks” and “interior design” plus a reminder they pumpkin contest is due Oct 29!!
