What I love about this home is the beautiful sunroom off the back of the home. It's fully enclosed with windows and screens to keep the mosquitos out but let the cool air in! There are a lot of sellers waiting for the housing market to improve. If this is you, do this.
Step 1: walk through your home and make a punch list of items that need to be fixed or replaced
Step 2: Call me and I will come over and help you go through that list and tell you want is important to buyers and what is not. Homes are not perfect and not everything matters nor will bring you return on your $.
Step 3: Make a goal date of when these things will be completed
Step 4: DEJUNK! This is sooo important. If your listing date is in the very near future, get a storage unit, if it out a ways - box things up and put it in your garage. You'll be surprised at what you can live without. You are prepping your home for the buyer - yes it's inconvenient and sometimes painful.
Step 5: PRICING it RIGHT - yep, it matters. Your agent should know your market - meaning your area!! Multiple offers is still a thing!

Looks like Kaysville beat out Farmington this month for average sold price and Clearfield comes in at the least expensive! I love all our cities in Davis county. Each city has something unique to offer. There are other cities in our County I didn’t chart out so ask if you want to know.
