Centerville Fire/Rescue cadet program is for young adults 14-18 to begin firefighter training/skills for early interest in firefighting.

On Sunday, CFR cadets enjoyed a fun and engaging night of activities! 🚒
Cadets took part in firefighter Jenga and a team challenge that involved carefully moving an egg from cone to cone—all while using the battery-powered combination tool (Jaws of Life). It was a great night of teamwork, skill development, and plenty of fun! If you are interested in joining the cadet program please email [email protected]

They’re with Hoosiers on their hardest days, rescuing those in need and keeping Hoosier families united. We owe them a sincere debt of gratitude.

I’m glad to have signed this proclamation to recognize their important work and declare tomorrow National First Responders Day in Indiana.

Please join me in congratulating Cadet Rylan on successfully completing and passing his Firefighter I & II, along with Hazmat Operations and Awareness certification.
This accomplishment reflects an incredible amount of hard work, discipline, and commitment to public safety. Rylan has demonstrated the knowledge, skills, and determination required to serve and protect our communities, and this milestone marks the beginning of a meaningful and impactful career.
We are all extremely proud of this achievement and look forward to seeing what the future holds.
