The Centerville-Washington Foundation is accepting grant requests for its 2026 Community Support grant application cycle. All potential applicants must submit a Grant Request Form (GRF) no later than March 1 before consideration for these grants. The fillable application may be found on the Foundation’s website at https://centervillewashingtonfoundation.com/grants/. Grants may be used to launch new projects or to generate matching funds for projects already underway.

The Foundation funds projects in the areas of arts and humanities, civic affairs, environment, education, health or social services. In prior years, Foundation grants have ranged between $500 and $2,500 and we would anticipate most grant awards to be within that range. Projects can be funded for three consecutive years.

Over the years, the Foundation has supported many projects in the City and Township. Among them are support for the social programs including Food for the Hungry, programs sponsored by the Centerville-Washington Park District and Washington-Centerville Public Library, materials for Centerville City Schools programs, and needs of the local police and fire departments.

The Centerville-Washington Foundation exists to be a community partner for corporate and individual charitable giving, functioning in the formation and preservation of charitable donations, providing services to donors and non-profit organizations, and serving as a source of funds for community groups. Centerville-Washington Foundation is a component fund of The Dayton Foundation. Wow! What a FUN afternoon! Thanks to all of the players, sponsors, raffle basket donors, and friends who supported our first Pickleball 4 Good at Pickleball Kingdom-Centerville yesterday. Hope you had a great time away from the snow, cold, chores, and TV for awhile, while getting some exercise, making new friends, and raising funds to improve our community. Should we do this again?

The Centerville-Washington Foundation announces a special fundraising event called Pickleball 4 Good. The funds raised will help support the Foundation’s grant programs that fund local projects in the areas of arts and humanities, civic affairs, environment, education, health, or social services. “This foundation and its many supporters are committed to providing assistance to local organizations that are engaged in programming to make a difference in the lives of our community and its residents ,” said Debe Dockins, Foundation President.

Ace Sponsor - $500; includes logo on 100 towels, 2 tickets to the event, and social media shout out. Deadline is January 9 for logo to be included on the towel.
Volley Sponsor - $250; includes logo on website; social media shout out.
