A public hearing will be held on June 23, 2026, at 7:00 P.M. at Centerville City Hall concerning the following ordinances:

Ordinance No. 908: An Ordinance Adopting the Annual Budget and Tax Rate for the Fiscal Year Beginning July 1, 2026 and ending June 30th, 2027

Ordinance 909: An Ordinance Amending the Fiscal Year 2025-2026 Budget, Passed by Ordinance 903

The Board of Mayor & Alderman regularly meet every second Tuesday of each month and when there is business an additional meeting on the fourth Tuesday of the month will be held

After 30+ years of service, Roger Mays, and after 20+ years, Kim Deal, are both beginning a well-earned retirement. For decades, they’ve been the calm voices on the other end of the line during some of people’s hardest moments, always showing up with dedication, professionalism, and care for this community.

We have truly been honored to have them as part of our Dispatch family for so many years. Their experience, commitment, and presence will be deeply missed, and we are incredibly grateful for everything they’ve done.

Please help us wish Roger and Kim a happy retirement and all the best in this next chapter! 🎉

We would like to clear up some information that is going around about the use of GPS on golf carts at the Centerville Municipal Golf Course.
We are exploring the use of GPS/GEO Fencing at the course, at this time we do not have any price information for private carts, and a final decision has not been made as to when or if these will be put in use.
Thank you for your concern for and support of the Centerville Municipal Golf Course.
