City of Centerview is inviting sealed bids for the purchase of the property located at: 515 N Main, Lot 143 (only), Centerview, Missouri 64019. Trailer must be removed from city limits within 30 days of completed sale.

All sealed bids must include Bidder’s complete contact information, method of payment and email: The property is sold as-is with a minimum starting bid of $10,000. Late submissions will not be considered. Winning bidder will be notified within 10 business days after the deadline. Winning bidder will pay closing costs.

Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly marked “Bid for 515 N Main” and delivered to: City of Centerview City Hall, PO Box 159, Centerview, Missouri 64019, Or placed in drop box at City Hall 206 S Main St, Centerview, MO 64019.
