Center FFA

Center FFA In Center FFA, we are: Learning to Do, Doing to Learn, Earning to Live, and Living to Serve. Student success remains the primary mission of FFA.

FFA is a dynamic youth organization within agricultural education that prepares students for premier leadership, personal growth and career success. FFA was created in 1928 as the Future Farmers of America; however, the name was changed to the National FFA Organization in 1988 to reflect the growing diversity of agriculture. Today, more than 500,000 student members are engaged in a wide range of agricultural education activities, leading to over 300 career opportunities in the agricultural science, food, fiber and natural resources industry.

Ag 2 students learned the ins and outs of welding this semester. Some students had a little welding experience while others were learning about it for the first time. Big thank you to Jeff Lennie from Center Machine and John Grounds with Grounds Construction who came in a couple days a week for 7 weeks to work with the students. We greatly appreciate you taking the time to work with the class, they really enjoyed it!
