Yesterday Officer Della Sala had the privilege of reading We Don't Lose Our Class Goldfish: A Penelope Rex Book, to the first grade class at Hopewell Elementary class. I think this was Officer Della Sala's new favorite book!

๐Ÿš‘ In honor of National EMS Week, we would like to recognize the incredible men and women of the Upper Saucon Ambulance Corps for the outstanding service they provide, not only to Upper Saucon Township, but to many surrounding jurisdictions as well. ๐Ÿ‘

Founded in 1976, the Upper Saucon Ambulance Corps has continued to grow and evolve over the years. Today, our community is incredibly fortunate to have access to ๐Ÿš‘๐Ÿš‘๐Ÿš‘ 3 ambulances, 1 squad unit, and equipment for two Advanced Life Support units operating 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. โฐ They also increase staffing during special events, severe weather, and other times of increased need. ๐ŸŒง๏ธโšก

Many townships and boroughs are not fortunate enough to have their own ambulance corps like we do. The safety, comfort, and reassurance that comes from knowing we have such highly trained EMTs, technicians, and volunteers serving our community every day does not go unnoticed and is deeply appreciated.

Here at the Upper Saucon Township Police Department, we truly value the strong partnership we share with you all at the Upper Saucon Ambulance Corps. ๐Ÿค Thank you for the incredible work you do every single day and for your unwavering dedication to keeping our community safe. ๐Ÿ‘ฎ๐Ÿš‘๐Ÿ’™
