WE’RE HIRING: EMERGENCY DISPATCHERS 📢

The City of Center Line is seeking an Emergency Police/Fire Dispatcher to join our Department of Public Safety team! This position plays an important role in our community by answering emergency and non-emergency calls, dispatching police, fire, ambulance and other services, and assisting residents and public safety agencies.

We’re looking for dependable individuals with strong communication, computer and multitasking skills who can remain calm and effective in a fast-paced environment. Previous dispatch experience is preferred, but not required. Additional qualifications and requirements apply.

⚠️Air Quality Alert | Center Line

Smoke from wildfires is impacting air quality across our region. If possible, limit your time outdoors and take extra precautions to protect your health.

Here are a few ways to stay safe:
• Limit outdoor activities, especially strenuous exercise.
• Keep windows and doors closed.
• If you need to be outside for an extended period, consider wearing a well-fitting N95 or KN95 mask.
• Pay attention to symptoms such as coughing, wheezing, chest tightness, dizziness, or burning eyes, nose, and throat.

Please look out for your family, neighbors, and anyone who may be more sensitive to poor air quality, including children, older adults, and those with heart or lung conditions. Stay safe, Center Line! 💙

✔️ Replace batteries if needed
