Deed indexes from 1969 to 1979 as well as plat indexes from 1941 to 2019 are available at: https//kofilequicklinks.com. Real estate documents from 1975 to present are available at: https//gsccca.org. Civil filings must be e-filed and Criminal filings can be e-filed through peachcourt.com or paper filed with our office. Notary applications are available at gsccca.org. Monitor real estate records with FANS, register at http://fans.gsccca.org. Request certified copies at http://ecert.org. Monitor court dates with JusticePath, download Justice Path Mobile App. All real estate and Peachcourt public computers are available for use 8:30am to 4:30pm.
