Thank you to everyone who participated in the recent blood drive we held in Schwenksville Borough. More than two dozen of our neighbors donated blood. Even our staff and interns participated! Donating blood is a simple way we can save lives and we’re grateful to the Red Cross and Schwenksville for partnering with us.

We joined Montgomery County, PA officials to celebrate Juneteenth at a flag raising ceremony. On June 19, 1865 - two years after the Emancipation Proclamation - federal troops arrived in Galveston, Texas, to ensure all enslaved people were freed.

Share Food Program will host a Montco Senior Farmer’s Market Nutrition Program distribution event on Tuesday, June 30, from 1 – 3 p.m. at our office at 2000 Bustard Road in Worcester Township. Eligible Montgomery County, PA seniors ages 60+ can receive $25 in vouchers to purchase local produce.

Thank you to everyone who attended our annual Senior Fair! We had a great time talking to everyone and providing a one-stop shop of resources for our 55+ neighbors.
