This Saturday at 9AM is the 12th Annual Brian Nachazel Snowball Tournament! A day filled with softball, silent auctions, concessions and fun. Some of the auction prizes include: fishing charter, wine tour, gift cards and much more. This an amazing event that helps raise money for a family in need, all in the honor of Brian. The IAFF Local 4953 and the Cedar Area Fire Department Board have come to agreement on terms on an updated contract. The contract term length is listed to be in place for the next three years. The negotiations between the two entities had one mission in mind and that was to do what is best for the department, the employees and the citizens of our community that we serve.
