We’re pleased to announce a new, simplified way to reach City services.

All departments can now be contacted through one central phone number:
(616) 696-1330

From there, please select:
• Press 1 — for City Hall
• Press 2 — for the Fire Department
• Press 3 — for the Wastewater Treatment Plant
• Press 4 — for Kent County Sheriff Department (Non-Emergency Dispatch)

As part of this update, previous city department phone numbers have been discontinued. We encourage you to save the new number for all future City related calls.

Thank you for your cooperation as we continue improving our services.

Be careful out there.

Be careful out there.

The City of Cedar Springs Fire Department has issued a Burn Ban until further notice. Please help spread the word and stay safe! We will lift the ban once conditions improve.

If you have any questions, please contact the Cedar Springs Fire Department at (616)696-1330.
