Founded in Cedar Rapids, IA in 1970, we have provided mental health crisis support and suicide prevention/intervention services to Iowans for more than 50 years. Services include crisis phone, text, and chat support; mobile crisis outreach; mental health law enforcement liaisons; emergency youth shelter; and supportive services for youth aging out of foster care. We celebrated Roechelle Wilcox, law enforcement liaison with the Marion Iowa Police Department, at The Gazette 2026 HER Women of Achievement luncheon this week! Her award was accepted by her mom due to a scheduling conflict. Way to go, Roechelle!
