Thanks to Cedar Falls Boys Basketball Coach Ryan Schultz for dedicating so much time to elevating the Tiger Basketball program over the past several decades. His impact is immeasureable, including three state championship teams and a lifetime of memories for our community. Cedar Falls Channel 15 was able to talk with Coach Schultz recently and here is a portion of his interview. Congratulations on a tremendous coaching career!

The Cedar Falls Historical Society hosted the Cedar Falls Ice Harvest Festival the first Saturday in February. It's a great way for residents and visitors to experience history. Cedar Falls has the only remaining Ice House in the country and this experience celebrates that moment in time. This annual ice harvest was necessary to stock the Ice House with large blocks of ice so that local residents could supply their ice boxes for the coming year. Cedar Falls Basketball celebrated these three Seniors tonight prior to the match up with Dubuque Hempstead. CF15 was there to make sure that you can celebrate as well! Cedar Falls Boys Basketball met the Prairie Hawks on the hardwood for a chance to be the outright leader of the MVC Valley Division. Needless to say, CF brought the intensity and remains on the top of not only the MVC standings but the IHSAA rankings as well.
