Sketch Night

Grab your pencils, Cedar City—let’s create something legendary!

Whether you draw stick figures or full comic books, Sketch Night is back this Wednesday at 6 PM. Meet us at the Cedar City Public Library to design heroes, villains, and wild creatures from your imagination. High schoolers and adults of all skill levels are welcome. Come sketch, laugh, and find your vibe!

Story Time for the Week

Join us Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday mornings for Storytime at 10:00–10:30 AM or 10:30–11:00 AM!

Monday: Starts on the 8th!

Tuesday: Get ready to imagine, explore, and dream! We’ll enjoy playful stories, songs, and activities that show us there are no limits to where our imaginations can take us.

Wednesday: We’re ending the week with even more imagination! Join us for stories and activities that encourage little ones to create, pretend, and bring their biggest ideas to life.

It’s the perfect way to spend a summer morning exploring new worlds, getting creative, and having fun at the library. We can’t wait to see you there!

Chalk Fun at the Library!

Come let your creativity shine! Kids will have the chance to head outside and create colorful chalk drawings on the sidewalk in front of the library or along the side of the building. It’s a fun, hands-on activity where kids can draw, doodle, write, and let their imaginations run wild!

While the kids are busy creating, grown-ups can check out our book recommendations featuring stories and activities all about chalk, drawing, and creativity—perfect for keeping the fun going at home!
