CazCares is collecting school supplies for our annual distribution, which begins on August 17. We provide school supplies and a new backpack to over 100 students each year, and the donated supplies make this program possible. The line will form the same way as it has the past few months, beginning east of the Byrne Dairy parking lot (across from Aldi), continuing BEHIND Byrne Dairy, and then into the CazCares parking lot. It's garage sale season, so here are a few reminders before you bring your donations over to CazCares. Please help us keep the donations to a manageable level of items our clients can actually use!

And as a reminder: the first person in line gets the same food as the last person in line, so there is no need to arrive early or drive/park recklessly. Thanks!

I promised I would be better in 2026 about regularly thanking all of those who give so generously to CazCares, and I am already slacking. With a number of recent donations of time and goods, now is a perfect opportunity to make start making good on that promise.
* Thank you to Burton Street Elementary School for collecting much needed items - especially personal care products!
* Thank you to the Cazenovia Post Office for collecting a large amount of canned goods for the pantry - and thank you to those who donated food!
* Thank you to Madison County Rural Health for partnering with CazCares on promotion of services to our clients!
* Thank you to the employees of the Cazenovia branch of KeyBank, who volunteered at CazCares sorting copious amounts of clothing donations for their "Neighbors Make a Difference Day"!
