Commemorative Bricks are being sold for the sidewalk in front of the Community Building. This is a tax-deductible fundraiser to raise money for the Community Building furnishings and equipment. This is a great way to provide a lasting tribute to family, friends or important events while supporting this community project.

You can order online at the link on the front page of the city website or at https://donate.brickmarkers.com/csp and complete all fields on the order form. You can also print, complete and return the form to City Hall, by mail or in person. Payment can not be accepted online, but to complete the order, checks made out to “City of Cave Springs,” can be delivered to city hall, or mailed to:

As part of the ARDOT required utility relocation for the Highway 112 expansion; Bentonville Is moving the Elk Road water line and metering station, to a new location outside the expanded right-of-way. On Wednesday, May 27th at 9:00 am, the north Cave Springs’ area, served by this metering station, will have a temporary interruption of water service for up to 4 hours, while the lines are cut and capped to the current metering station, as they complete connection and activation of the new metering station. Water service will be restored as quickly as possible.

After years of contact by emails, texts, and phone calls, you now have another way to ask questions, express ideas and discuss anything of importance to you, about the city. This year we started the monthly Visit with the Mayor. May’s visit will be Friday May 29, 2026, at 9:00 am in the Cave Springs Community Building.

My office is near the front lobby, so I know when I’m requested, because I always welcome visits. My email address and cell phone number are published on the web site, in Facebook posts and on business cards at City Hall. I look forward to your visit.

If you drove through the Highway 264 and Bellview Road intersection this morning, you saw that it is still a four-way-stop. Here is the latest.

INTERSECTION CHANGE UPDATE

The contractor has advised Lowell that ARDOT instructed them to leave up all the stop signs at this time. The intersection of Bellview and W. Monroe (AR264) will now remain a 4-WAY stop. For all relevant questions/concerns, please contact ARDOT.

Our goal is to keep everyone informed and do the very best at keeping the residents and all motorists traveling through Lowell safe! We assume ARDOT heard the questions/concerns, so thank you to everyone who called and thank you to ARDOT for recognizing and responding to these concerns.
