This weekend, we'll be learning some basic outdoor adventure skills with Interpreter Emily! On Friday evening at 7:00 p.m. at the Amphitheater, we will go over how to use a compass with some fun orienteering courses. Then on Saturday, again at 7:00 p.m. at the Amphitheater, we'll be practice our campfire cooking skills to give everyone a taste of food over the fire. We can't wait to see you then!

Winner of coloring contest are: 6 &7 under- Ellie, site 40.
7 to 10 Marla, site 36. 11 to 13 Dahl, site 137. 14 to 18 Cynthia, site 48.

As usual the decision was hard, so many creative and talented kids in the park.

Special Treat Alert!

The New York Kammermusiker will be playing today in the Heritage Pavilion at Icelandic State Park at 3:30. They’ve been working on some historical Icelandic music just for us. Coffee and cookies will be served. Hope to see you there!
