Cavalier Landing offers both three and four-bedroom home styles featuring ample closets and storage space, open floor plans, fully-equipped kitchens, and two-car garages.

Occupancy Reminder – Lease Compliance

Please be reminded that all individuals living in the home must be listed on the lease. This includes spouses, dependents, or roommates.
Any guest staying longer than 72 hours requires a guest request form submitted through the Resident Portal and approved by the Leasing Office.

Single Airmen are permitted to have one roommate per bedroom. All roommates must be approved and added to the lease.
If there are any changes to who is living in the home—whether temporary or permanent—it must be reported to the Leasing Office. Failure to report occupancy changes may be considered a lease violation.
