Cavalier Ambulance Service, Inc. Cavalier Ambulance Service, Inc. has been proudly serving the community of Cavalier and surrounding areas since 1968. CAS averages around 500 calls a year.

CAS is licensed through the State of North Dakota as an Advanced Life Support Ambulance Service, the only one in Pembina County. has been in our current location since 2009, which includes 4 bays, 2 sleeping rooms for out of town staff, kitchen board room, separate office area and a training center, which became a state EMS training institute in 2016. consists of 3 ambulances equipped with state o

f the art equipment, 3 fulltime paramedics, 1 fulltime EMT and 18 casual employees with levels as EMR, EMT, AEMT and RNEMT. Our response area is 590 square miles and serves an approximate population of 3,600. We respond to the cities of Bathgate, Cavalier, Crystal, Hamilton, Hensel, Mountain, Neche and Cavalier Space Station. We also provide ALS intercept service to surrounding Basic Life Support Units. was recognized in 2016 as the North Dakota EMS Service of the Year by the North Dakota EMS Association.
