HB 883 Removes vehicle inspections from the county clerk’s office and will be completed by the Sheriff’s Department.
I have been working closely with Sheriff Reihs to accommodate our residents and he will have a permanent solution in place by the year’s end.
Until this takes place , the Sheriff’s office is asking all residents that need a vehicle inspection to either schedule an appointment with the Sheriffs Department (606) 739-5135 or come to the Catlettsburg County Clerks office and a Deputy will inspect your vehicle.
