Meet our tiniest rescue yet, Gizmo!🐭

Gizmo is an orphaned field mouse who was under our care for over two weeks. Given how young he was when rescued (his eyes hadn't even opened yet!), Gizmo's care was very hands-on.
We had to hand feed him using a syringe every two hours for days until his eyes opened. He progressed quickly, moving to solid foods soon after!
We were beyond glad to see Gizmo growing and staying fully healthy while under our care, and were thrilled to release him after 17 days!

Meet Mara, the Eastern Painted Turtle!
Our team rescued her after receiving a call about her being stuck in a pool. She was extremely lethargic, and it was obvious she was suffering from chlorine poisoning.
She was given fresh water and a safe, clean pond to hang out in, and was safely released after two weeks of care from our wonderful team!
If you would like to help our team continue rehabbing these beautiful wild animals, please consider visiting our page and donating. Every dollar goes towards our efforts to ensure wildlife in our area continues to thrive!

Meet one of the first critters we've had the pleasure of treating, Cornelius!
Cornelius was brought to us after he was found abandoned with a compound fracture in his front left leg. If left in the wild untreated, there was little hope for him.
His leg was reset, wounds were treated, was bottle fed every 3-4 hours, and regained the use of his leg while under the watchful eyes of our team!
Visit our page and donate to help us continue to care for animals like Cornelius!
