It's hard to believe November is almost here! Just a friendly reminder that Processing Day for November activities is Wednesday, 10/28! Be sure to turn in your activity sign-up sheets by the end of the day Monday so you don't miss out on all the fun we have planned!

Please be ready for a phone call after 8:00 AM on 10/28. If you have a credit card on file with us, no need to wait by the phone. We'll leave you a message with which activities you are in.

Thank you for being part of our wonderful Senior Center community. Our members, volunteers, and supporters are what make this place so special, and we look forward to another fun-filled month together!

Winter weather in Colorado can be unpredictable! At the Castle Rock Senior Activity Center, the safety of our members, staff, and volunteers is always our top priority.

We closely monitor weather conditions, but we typically don't make decisions about closures or delays until "the flakes start to fly!" We want to make the best decision possible based on actual conditions. We do not follow the school closures necessarily.

If winter weather is in the forecast, please check for updates BEFORE heading to the Center:

The Wreath Boutique Preview!

We're putting a NEW TWIST on a holiday favorite at this year's 34th Annual Craft Show Extraordinaire!

This year, we're saying goodbye to the Wreath Auction and hello to The Wreath Boutique!

Our beautiful wreaths, generously donated and created by community partners, members, staff, and supporters, will be available for purchase, and you can take your favorite home that very day!

Each wreath will have a suggested price, but offers are welcome, higher or lower! Best of all, every dollar supports the older adults served by the Castle Rock Senior Activity Center.

A HUGE thank you to everyone who has donated wreaths, shared their creativity, and helped make this new tradition possible!

Skip the cooking and join us Wednesday, October 21, at Hickory House in Parker for our Dining to Donate fundraiser!

22 Days Until Craft Show!

AdventHealth Hospital for the "Berry Merry Christmas" wreath pictured at the bottom of the ad. Their partnership is invaluable.

Lockwood Rentals, Small Real Estate Company, donated "Christmas Boots" with an added treat of a $25 gift card.

SouthState Bank generously donated "A Hoot for the Holidays," (bottom left) made by Jayne Friesen and Rachel Pehrson.

In the middle is the gorgeous "Sparkle All the Way," made by our own Assistant Director Stacey Fahrenbruch. Look at all those amazing brooches!

And, at the bottom right, is "A Palette of Holiday Cheer," donated by Sherry K***z, a local community arts instructor. The members here sure love her acrylic painting classes!
