Renew Respite of Castle Rock

Renew Respite of Castle Rock A free monthly respite program for families with children with cognitive, communication, emotional and physical challenges and their siblings.

One Friday night a month, trained volunteers will provide an evening of care and fun through pre-planned activities for children with special needs and their siblings, ages 1 month to 12 years, at Plum Creek Community Church. During each Renew evening, each child, including siblings, has his or her own "Buddy". This one-on-one attention ensures safety and personal attention for the entire evening?

These trained volunteers are supported by a nursing staff to ensure the safety and comfort of the children.

We are 100% volunteer run, however there are costs associated with our monthly events. I am happy to share our expenses if you have any questions.
For the past 11 years we have been able to operate thanks to the generous donations from individuals, The Colorado Trust as well as some amazing fundraising through Golf Tournaments by our Leadership Team.
Currently we have about 8 months of operating costs in our account.
