A common question we get asked, is when the next scheduled dark sky viewing will be at Dr. Lawless Park. We are just letting everyone know that there is a "2026 Dark Sky Viewing Calendar" pinned to the top of the Dr Lawless International Dark Sky Park page. 😉

I'm not sure exactly what is going on with FaceBook this morning, but our apologies for losing the post regarding our "Spring Egg-stravaganza" with some very nice posts. One minute it was there and the next was lost in space. So here we go again...

It was an ABSOLUTELY beautiful day for our "Spring Egg-stravaganza" albeit a little bit nippy... okay, it was COLD. Our thanks to our wonderful volunteers and visitors for making it an EGG-ceptional day full of smiles and happy faces! Whether it was sliding down the inflatable slide, riding Patty's Doodlebug Express, getting a face paint, making handprint spring chicks, enjoying the best hot chocolate EVER, snuggling one of Whitney's Magical Minis, zooming around the game field to find some of the 4,000 eggs scattered throughout, taking a wagon ride... or hanging out with our Easter Bunny... we are glad you had a great time!
