The City of Casselberry provides high quality service through dynamic leadership, prudent resource management, and effective partnerships with our citizens and businesses. Advertisements, inappropriate comments, and any attempt to use the City's Wall to support events outside of the City will be removed at the sole discretion of the City. Two major roadways, U.S. Highway 17-92 and State Road 436, intersect, connecting the City of Casselberry to all of Central Florida. The City is engaged in development and redevelopment along the U.S. Highway 17-92 corridor, which presents mixed use, retail and residential, governmental and recreational opportunities. Located in one of the fastest growing areas of Metro Orlando, the City of Casselberry is an exciting place in which to live and do business. During tonight's regularly scheduled Casselberry Commission Meeting, Mayor Henson presented a proclamation recognizing Linda Sundvall for her retirement as Deputy City Clerk from the City after 14½ years of dedicated public service.

FACC Central East Director Jessica Burnham, CMC, FCRM, City Clerk of the City of Umatilla, also presented a retirement resolution on behalf of the Florida Association of City Clerks.

Mayor Henson additionally acknowledged the City of Casselberry’s Award from the American Heart Association for achieving Silver Level status in the 2026 Well-being Works Better program and presented the award to Conan Bickford, Risk Officer.

As October approaches, the Art House invites artists to explore the theme of "Memento Mori" a reminder of the inevitability of death, used throughout history as a catalyst to celebrate the life we have.

Rooted in classical antiquity and Christianity, the motif is often symbolized by the skull but for this year’s exhibition, we’re seeking fresh, innovative interpretations of the concept.

The rain didn’t dampen anyone’s spirits tonight! The Latin Jazz & Art Festival carried on, and our community came together to celebrate the culture and diversity that make Casselberry so special.

Headliner Nestor Torres and special guest Fabiola Méndez filled the night with rhythmic sounds that kept guests dancing despite the weather.

🎨 We also showcased special art exhibits in honor of Hispanic Heritage Month, and our food and product vendors rounded out a great evening.

Thank you to everyone who came out and made this event truly unforgettable! 🫶
