Our campers had an incredible time exploring the fire truck, learning about fire safety, and meeting the everyday heroes who help keep our community safe. ❤️

Our local firefighters will be stopping by to teach fire safety, answer questions, and give children an up-close look at the truck. Today is National Day Without Child Care — a day that reminds us just how important child care is for families, children, and communities.

Our schools are open today, and we’re proud to continue supporting the families who rely on us each day. We also recognize the meaning behind this day and the awareness it brings to an important truth: child care is critical infrastructure that supports families, workplaces, and communities.

This effort also reinforces the need for greater investment in child care, so the cost of care does not continue to fall entirely on families and providers.

To our teachers and school teams: thank you for the love, patience, and care you bring into our classrooms every day. You make a difference for children and families in so many meaningful ways. 💙
