Boys & Girls Clubs of the Leech Lake Area The Boys and Girls Clubs of the Leech Lake Area (BGCLLA) have clubs in Cass Lake, Deer River and Walker and Onigum. Great Futures Start Here!

The Club's programs and services promote and enhance the development of youth by instilling a:
1. Sense of competence - the feeling there is something they can do and do well.
2. Sense of usefulness - the opportunity to do something of value for other people.
3. Sense of belonging - a setting where an individual knows he or she "fits" and is accepted.
4. Sense of power or influence - a chance to be heard and to influence decisions.

Good afternoon everyone!

We are excited to announce that in partnership with the 21st Century Grant, Leech Lake SHIP & Leech Lake Happy, Healthy, Safe Youth, Traditional Lacrosse will be coming back to the Boys & Girls Club of Cass Lake this Fall!

Lacrosse practices will be going on every Monday from 3:30 p.m. - 4:30 p.m. starting September 21st and ending October 26th! Open to Grades K-12!

Pat Haugen will be returning as Coach!

To sign up your youth you can do one of the following:

We are excited to announce that soccer is coming back to Cass Lake this fall, in partnership with the 21st Century Grant and Leech Lake Happy, Healthy, Safe Youth!

The Cass Lake-Bena School District and 21st Century Community Learning Centers (21CCLC) are back for the 2026-2027 school year! 🎉

A chi-miigwech to everyone who shared feedback about last year's activities and opportunities you would like to see this year. We listened, and our Student Youth Workers are excited to help bring a variety of fun and meaningful learning opportunities to our students and families 🌟

We also invite community partners and volunteers to get involved! If you have professional expertise, cultural knowledge, talents, or skills you would like to share, we would love to partner with you on activities, workshops, and other learning opportunities. 🤝
