Remembering Joseph Tessaro

It’s impossible to put into words what Joseph Tessaro meant to me, to Pacer Energy LLC, and to everyone who had the privilege of knowing him. Joe was larger than life—his presence filled every room, his laughter was contagious, and his passion for business, family, and friends was unmatched. He was the kind of person who made an impact wherever he went.

Joe was more than my business partner—he was my family. From the moment we took on this journey together, he poured everything he had into Pacer Energy, and his vision helped shape what we are today. He was also an incredible landman—one of the best in the business. His knowledge, work ethic, and ability to connect with people set him apart, and he earned the respect of everyone he worked with.

But above all else, Joe was a devoted husband to Amy and a proud father to Leah. They were his world, and he never missed an opportunity to brag about them.

If you knew Joe, you knew he was always ready with a story, a laugh, or a perfectly timed one-liner. But behind the humor was a man who cared deeply, who led with integrity, and who made everyone around him better.

While we are heartbroken by this loss, Pacer Energy will continue to carry forward Joe’s legacy. We will serve our clients with the same dedication, drive, and honesty that he stood for every single day.

Rest easy, Joe. You were one of a kind, and you will never be forgotten.
