Sadly, it appears that all the luncheons, meetings and hand shaking wasn't enough to put the legislation over the top. Because of seven Republicans the millions of people in this State who could benefit from Medical Ma*****na legislation will have to wait another session. This from the morning's Under the Dome: "It would appear that MEDICAL MA*****NA LEGISLATION is not going to become law this session — again. The bill, which outlines how those with serious and life-ending illnesses can access the cannabis products, passed the Senate this spring. But House Speaker Tim Moore said there’s enough opposition from Republicans [7] that it won’t be heard on the House floor."
