Leonard Gentry of Francesville, Indiana was interviewed by Predator Poachers Long Island regarding sexually explicit communications with someone he believed was a 13-year-old girl tonight, October 23. During that interview, he allegedly admitted to possessing countless images of child sexual abuse material (CSAM) and to speaking sexually to a 13 YEAR OLD.

Predator Poachers Long Island (PPLI) is NOT a vigilante group. WE REPORTED THIS TO LAW ENFORCEMENT. The allegations and supporting evidence were brought forward by individuals acting as investigative journalists and mandated reporters, alongside the mother of an alleged victim.

Yet, according to those who attempted to report this, law enforcement REFUSED to even examine the evidence. They were allegedly told that the prosecutor's office would not accept cases originating from civilian investigations. ALL OF THIS ALSO SAID TO THE MOTHER OF A REAL VICTIM OF LEONARD GENTRY.

Since when does the identity of the person reporting suspected child exploitation determine whether evidence deserves to be reviewed?

SHAME ON THE PULASKI COUNTY SHERIFF’S DEPARTMENT WHO REFUSED TO TAKE THESE REPORTS SERIOUSLY. SHAME ON PROSECUTOR KELLY GAUMER WHO REFUSES EVIDENCE WITHOUT REVIEW. AND SHAME ON ANY ICAC OFFICIAL WHO TURNS A BLIND EYE TO CREDIBLE REPORTS OF CHILD EXPLOITATION.

The people of Francesville deserve answers.

DEMAND AN INDEPENDENT INVESTIGATION. DEMAND TRANSPARENCY. DEMAND ACCOUNTABILITY.

Protecting children should NEVER depend on who brings the evidence forward.
