Hello Carteret! The Summer Food Program is back from July 6 to August 14, offering free, nutritious lunches to all residents under 18. All residents under 18 can enjoy free, nutritious lunches every Monday through Friday from 12:30 to 1:30 PM at the designated locations listed on the flyer. Meals are available on a first-come, first-served basis - so arrive early to ensure you get yours. Wishing everyone a happy, healthy, and delicious summer!

Unearth a story and create memories at the Carteret Public Library this summer! Our Summer Program, running from July 6 to August 14, is packed with activities for everyone. Each week features hands-on crafts, games, and special events for all ages. Some activities require online registration at bit.ly/CPLEVENTS, so be sure to secure your spot early.

Event Highlights:

*Mondays: Movie Days at 2 PM in the Children's Room - open to all ages!
*Tuesdays: Creative crafts perfect for ages 2 to 5 to do alongside friends and family.
*Wednesdays: Switch it up with Lego building or Nintendo Switch games in the Children’s Room.
*Thursdays: Hands-on crafts designed for older kids from ages 6 to 12.
*Fridays: Enjoy a different special program and guest presenter each week (registration required at the link above).

The Carteret Public Library, in partnership with The Princeton Review, is offering an SAT Fundamentals course. Over two weeks, participants will receive 15 hours of in-person instruction, take three full-length practice tests, and access more than 200 drills and exercises through an online student portal.

It’s never too early to prepare for the SATs - whether for yourself or your child. Classes begin on August 15. Please note: once you register, your enrollment covers the full two-week program.
