The Philippine Women’s University Alumni Association of Southern California (PWUAASC) is a nonprofit corporation established for charitable purposes.
Our members are graduates, former students and faculty of the Philippine Women’s University and its branches and friends of the Association.
Our projects: Scholarships, Grants-In-Aid, Financial Aid to Disaster Victims, Seminars/ Workshops, Donations of Educational Materials and Equipment.
Our Philosophy: The”Bayanihan Spirit” the spirit of sharing and working together for a common cause.

All systems are a GO for our celebration of the 128th Anniversary of the Proclamation of at the City of Carson, CA 's Veterans Park on 6/6/26! Presented by the City of Carson, CA, this event is in collaboration with the ( )!

The event kicks off at 7:30am when the Philippine Flag is raised in the during the Flag Raising Ceremony, followed by Mass & Ecumenical Service, after which is the of Community Organizations, before the talented performers, anchored by the Junior New System & the hilarioRex Navarrete and headlined by The Voice winner Sofronio Vasquez, take on the stage from 11am until 6pm!

This full day Filipino festival will also feature dozens of vendors, including Non-Profit Organizations, Retail Vendors, and of course, Food Vendors, and would not be possible without the support of our generous sponsors!
