Carson City Composite Squadron CAP, United States Air Force Auxiliary Carson City Composite Squadron received their Charter on October 23, 2015. Our missions: Aerospace Education, Cadet Programs and Emergency Services.

Civil Air Patrol was born one week prior to the Japanese attack on Pearl Harbor. The Carson City Composite Squadron of Civil Air Patrol meets at the Carson City Nevada Airport terminal building, 2600 East College Parkway, Carson City Nevada. Our full squadron meetings are on the first and third Thursdays of the month at 5:30 PM until 8 PM. Our cadet meetings are on all other Thursdays during the s

ame times. The Civil Air Patrol Cadet program serves youth in the 12 to 18 year range teaching aerospace, leadership, character development, respect, and self confidence in a safe environment. How can you help? If you are interested in serving the community in Emergency Services, Aerospace Education, or Cadet Programs, please stop by one of our meetings and get to know us. Our needs:
We have needs for volunteers in varied careers, not just aviation. As an example, we have a need for educators, former and active duty military, clergy, legal, accounting, fire/law enforcement members, public affairs, medical, etc. Of course, we can always use more pilots & instructor pilots!
