Trinity West Crisis Dispatch - TWCD TWCD is a 501(c)3 non-profit disaster relief organization, based in Dallas, Texas. We are a 501(c)3 organization and all donations are tax-deductible.

Trinity West Crisis Dispatch (TWCD) was created in 2009 as a US-based non-profit organization that provides assistance to survivors of natural disasters around the world. We provide volunteers with housing, meals, tools, and organized work at no charge we are able to provide free and effective response services to communities in need. We respond to the needs of each community in which we work, ensuring a timely, relevant, and culturally sensitive response.
