Join Carroll County 4-H for State Council at Rock Eagle 4-H Center from June 26-28! State Council is the constitutional meeting for Georgia 4-H. Registration is open to any current 8th-12th graders. No prior 4-H experience is needed. This annual meeting hosts multiple events, competitions, and training throughout the weekend for youth and adults. Be sure to register by Wednesday, June 26th! Cost for this event is $120 but our first 5 participants will be $85.
