Come see us tomorrow, Saturday, May 16th from 11:00 AM – 2:00 PM! We still have plenty of beautiful flowers and plants available, including marigolds, petunias, geraniums, and hanging baskets.

Stop by and support the CCHS Agriculture Program and FFA while picking up some great plants for your home or garden!

🚜 Drive Your Tractor to School Day 🚜

Don’t forget! Drive Your Tractor to School Day is THIS FRIDAY, May 15th.

We will meet at the park at 6:45 AM and leave together for the high school at 7:00 AM sharp.

Please fill out the RSVP if you plan to attend!!

The Carroll County FFA Chapter will be having “Drive Your Tractor to School Day” next Friday, May 15th. Students planning to participate will need to meet at the County Park with their tractors by 6:45 AM.

We will travel from the County Park via Jay Louden Rd. to 227 and then continue to the high school. After arriving at school, FFA members will be making pancakes in the Ag Room.

If you plan to drive a tractor, please fill out the Google Form.

Come and celebrate with us on Thursday, May 14th at the CCHS Cafeteria as we honor the achievements of our FFA members. To help offset food costs, there will be a $10 charge per adult. FFA members will be admitted free of charge. Door prizes will also be available!

On Tuesday, the Northern KY FFA Region met for Regional Paperwork Day. During this event, students submitted paperwork for proficiencies, Star Batteries, and participated in interviews for regional and state officer candidacy.

Houston Parker submitted his paperwork for his Star in Placement Battery for the work he has done at Parker’s Farm Supply.

Shelby Hillebrandt served for the final time as the Northern KY Regional Reporter and interviewed for the opportunity to represent the Northern KY Region as a State Officer candidate — and was selected! She will move on to the next round of interviews at the State FFA Convention!

We are proud of both of these students and their hard work representing our chapter and region!

Today several of our FFA members represented our chapter at the Northern Kentucky Regional FFA Contest!

• Hunter Lewis competed in the Creed Speaking contest.
• Evan Campbell competed in Prepared Public Speaking in Agricultural Mechanics.
• Amberlee Schooler competed in Prepared Public Speaking in Floral Design.
• Shelby Hillebrandt competed in Extemporaneous Speaking.

We are incredibly proud of all of these students for the time, preparation, and courage it takes to step up and compete. A special congratulations goes to Shelby Hillebrandt, who earned 1st Place in Extemporaneous Speaking and will advance to compete at the State FFA Convention!

Great job representing our chapter and the future of agriculture!
