"We have been in business for 18 years, serving our community by offering Parenting Classes (included court ordered classes), Mentorship, Pregnancy Testing, Ultrasounds, Resource Room, Small Group Studies, and Fatherhood Education.
We are most proud of the way Haven has grown to meet the needs of women and families in our community while remaining committed to treating every person who walks through our doors with compassion and dignity. Over the past year, we’ve expanded our services to include free limited obstetrical ultrasounds while continuing to provide pregnancy testing, parenting and fatherhood education, mentoring, and practical resources for families. We’re especially proud that everything we offer is completely free to our clients. Seeing our community come alongside Haven through churches, businesses, and donors makes this work possible, and we’re incredibly grateful to serve families throughout our area.
2026 has been an exciting year of growth for Haven! One of our biggest milestones was becoming a medical clinic and beginning to offer free limited obstetrical ultrasounds to women in our community. This has been a goal of our organization for several years, and we are incredibly grateful to see it become a reality. We’ve also continued expanding our parenting and fatherhood programs and strengthening the resources available to the families we serve.
My favorite part of leading Haven is the relationships that are built through this work. We have the opportunity to walk alongside people during some very important seasons of their lives, and many of those relationships continue long after their first visit to Haven. I also love seeing our volunteers discover the unique ways they can use their gifts to serve others. Haven truly feels like a community, and getting to be a part of that every day is one of the things I enjoy most.
We would love for the community to know that Haven is a resource for women and families throughout our area, and all of our services are provided completely free of charge. From pregnancy testing and ultrasounds to parenting education, fatherhood support, mentoring, and practical resources, our goal is to meet families where they are and provide meaningful support. As Haven continues to grow, we’re excited to increase awareness of these services and to build relationships with local businesses and organizations that are interested in partnering with us and investing in the work Haven is doing in our community."
