These 90 degree days may not feel like fall but the season is upon us!

With fall comes a very busy time for our farming community. With harvest comes equipment, please be mindful when encountering them on the roadway.

Coming up on a combine or farm equipment on the road? Slow down, stay back, and be patient. Never assume the operator sees you, and watch for sudden turns into fields or driveways.

A few extra seconds of patience can help keep our farmers and everyone on the roadsafe. 🌾

Our drone has been putting in the hours as members learn its capabilities and how this device can create strategic plans for emergency scenes.

We even now have members certified to fly the drone with the FAA, this means we officially have LIFT OFF!

We would like to extend our sincerest gratitude to our friends at Marathon Petroleum Corporation for their investment.

Recently Marathon provided the resources for us to obtain a new thermal drone that will allow us to better serve our community.

Drones can allow emergency personnel with so many vital tools such as:
Quicker search and rescue efforts
More accurate views and resource locations
Scene and safety enhancement

Without their generous support none of this would be possible!
