MOSQUITO SPRAYING SCHEDULE NOTICE

Tuesday's
June 9th, June 23rd & June 30th

The Fairfield County Health Department uses an integrated pest management approach to mosquito control including mosquito trapping, West Nile Virus testing, larvicide treatment, drainage of breeding areas when possible, and adult mosquito spraying during dusk hours when needed.

Spraying is completed using an EPA-certified product from clearly marked Fairfield County Health Department vehicles.

Please note: In the event of rain or high winds, spraying will be rescheduled to the next available day. Updates will be posted on Facebook.

A BIG THANK YOU to our two former mayors and the Carroll Business Association for the flags that hang on the overpass. They look amazing.

“The past two mayors put flags up on the overpass bridge this week. 😊 The cost for the flags was donated by the Carroll Business Association.
Ed and I have been putting the flags up there for several years. It was quite windy but the drivers honking and waving their appreciation made it fun.
In honor and remembrance of the men and women who formed this country, and those who fought and are still fighting to protect our freedoms and democracy.”

VILLAGE OF CARROLL
Construction cleanup crews will begin working on properties starting Saturday, April 25th.
⏰ Crews will start between 8:00 AM – 9:00 AM

The construction crews will begin work on North Beaver/Carnes Road today. They have a gravel path to the side and will most likely be one lane. Be aware that if a water line breaks the road will have to be closed. They are doing their best to keep things open.

Village of Carroll, Ohio – Trash Collection Update
Due to ongoing construction, West Market and West Canal Street will have their trash placed out front instead of the usual pickup point in Center Alley.

✅ Please set your bins at the curb by the street.
🛠️ This temporary change helps keep the alley clear while work continues.
