The MRGDC 911 Program is aware of an issue impacting some major wireless customers from making and receiving any phone calls. Our staff is currently working on ensuring 9-1-1 centers are NOT impacted and are able to call for services. We are actively engaged and monitoring this. 9-1-1 dispatch centers in the region are still operational. If you are one of customers affected by this and cannot get through to 9-1-1, then please try calling from a landline.

If that is not an option then please try to contact a friend or family member who is a customer of a different carrier and ask them to call 9-1-1 on your behalf. Do not call or text 9-1-1 to simply test your phone service. As service is being restored mobile providers, availability may be intermittent and sporadic.
