As a voter, what are your expectations, desired outcome, goals, following the upcoming November municipal election. It's about you more so than the platforms of the candidates. Let them know how you feel now! Tell them what you want, listen to their responses, and if their pitch isn't up to your standards, vote accordingly.

Based on feedback that I've received from voters over the last few days (building for about a month and a half overall) this is going to be a very, very special election season in Carolina Beach. I'm making mental notes (and writing them down) during my travels around Town. I can get ten to twenty interactions with residents just going to the grocery store to get a gallon of milk. (I experience the same level of community feedback as elected leaders because I'm the editor of the Island Gazette) :-) So in the interest of making sure as many voters as possible have an opportunity to present questions to candidates this election season, please send them my way (named or anonymous) and I'll work hard to include and combine/summarize those questions for inclusion in our upcoming Candidate's Questionnaire that will be published several times prior to Election Day. The questions will be presented to all candidates, equally, to get a better idea of their platforms, backgrounds, and vision for the future of our Town. [email protected]
