At tonight's Village Board Meeting we read a Proclamation Recognizing May 17th-23rd 2026 as National Public Works Week in Carol Stream.

We thank the dedicated Carol Stream Public Works team for everything they do to keep our community running strong. Maintaining the health, safety,
and well-being of our community, including the infrastructure that supports roads, water,
sewage systems, solid waste management, stormwater, and emergency services.

Come out and support a great cause with the Carol Stream Police Department during "Cop on a Rooftop" Friday, May 15, 8 a.m. to 12 p.m.

Our officers and will be at the Dunkin' (880 W. Army Trail Rd) raising money for Special Olympics Illinois.
These donations help provide opportunities and programs for athletes throughout the state.

Grab a coffee, pick up some event merchandise (shirts, hats, and mugs), and help make a difference in the lives of Special Olympics athletes.
Every donation receives a coupon for a free donut.

I hope to see our Carol Stream community join together for this great event.
