Carol Stream is growing! This morning we attended the ground breaking of The Reserve by Pebble Nest.
The Reserve is a 32-unit development of two-story townhomes and expecting to be completed late 2028.
The new subdivision will be located on the South side of Lies, East of Kuhn.
