As a lead sponsor of House Bill 739 to grant Pennsylvania NPs full practice authority, Rep. Guenst recognizes that Pennsylvanians need greater access to high-quality healthcare, especially as provider shortages continue to worsen in communities across the Commonwealth.

As Rep. Guenst stated during our rally this week, this is not not a new or unproven concept! The VA Health System already adopted full practice authority for NPs in 2016, where it has been a proven, effective, and safe model for an entire decade.
