"What’s a Golliwhopper?

Well, it’s not really a lie, but it’s not really the truth.! I guess you would say it’s a Tall Tale

Return with us to days gone by for four American Tall Tales, told in music, dance, drama and even puppetry.

Stories of a backwoodsman who provides for his family using his ingenuity and wits, with no gunpowder.
A Native American story about a tribe that snatches the sun.
A Story from the Old South about a Knee High Man that tries to get taller.
And an Appalachian tale about an old woman who tries to hide her wealth in the chimney.

A Rollicking Good Time for All!"

Golliwhoppers! begins April 23 and runs every Saturday through May 7.
Performances are at 12pm and 2pm. Tickets are $7 general seating for adults and children.
