If you’re **14–17 years old** and interested in firefighting, EMS, public safety, or just want to learn new skills and be part of a team, **Lake Carmel Fire Department Explorer Post 2041** is recruiting!
🔥 **What can you learn as an Explorer?**
🚒 Hands-on firefighter training
🚑 Train alongside EMTs and learn about emergency medicine
❤️ Earn CPR & First Aid certifications
🪜 Practice skills like ladders, hose operations, extrication & more
🎓 Complete FEMA/ICS training
🗣️ Build leadership, teamwork & public speaking skills
💪 Prepare for future Firefighter and EMT classes
💰 Learn about scholarship opportunities
